Regarded equally by his clients and peers as a skilled advocate and litigator, Sean believes that an individual’s litigation strategy should be as unique as their particular situation. No two families are identical and therefore a tailored approach to each case is required.
Sean graduated with a Bachelors degree in Political Science and History from the University of Toronto (B.A) and a Bachelor of Laws degree (LL.B) from the University of London, England. He also holds Master of Laws degrees (LL.M) from the Osgoode Hall Law School in Common Law and International Business, respectively.
Prior to being called to the Bar of Ontario, Sean spent over 10 years as a risk management consultant for a large international corporation which provides him with a unique appreciation for the intersection of business and family law.
Sean articled with a prominent litigation boutique in North York, Ontario prior to his call to the Bar, where he remained until the summer of 2020.
In June 2020, Sean returned to Mississauga where he headed a team of family lawyers at one of Mississauga’s largest full service law firms.
Sean’s practice is focused exclusively on Family Law and related actions in the civil context. Sean has represented clients through a variety of complex issues ranging from the freezing of assets to long distance
relocation disputes.
Sean routinely assists clients with issues of decision-making responsibility (custody), property division and support. Sean is also equipped to assist clients with alternative dispute resolution, including attendance at mediation and arbitration.
An experienced and strategic litigator, Sean routinely appears before the Ontario Court of Justice and Superior Court of Justice for conferences, motions and trials. Sean is known for setting realistic expectations and providing, honest and direct advice.

Recognized by clients and his peers as a detail oriented, results driven litigator, Daniel brings his broad knowledge and experience with corporate, immigration, family law, and real estate litigation to the firms focused practice.
Prior to being called to the bar, Daniel pursued his undergraduate studies at McMaster University where he majored in Sociology with a minor in Psychology. Shortly thereafter, Daniel graduated with a law degree from the University of Surrey where he emphasized heavily on the fields of family law, tort law, and civil litigation.
Throughout his career, Daniel has participated in numerous legal internships with reputable firms focusing heavily on immigration, family and civil litigation. During such time, Daniel was provided exposure to the various intricacies of litigation which has provided him with a substantive understanding of the procedures and legal advocacy required of a skilled litigator. Daniel’s skills were further honed when he articled in a boutique litigation firm in the heart of Toronto that focused mainly on litigious and contested matters.
Daniel’s practice now emphasizes heavily on the core areas of family and civil litigation. In the family context, Daniel has represented clients through a variety of complex issues ranging from spousal support, child support, parenting issues, and property disputes. Daniel has also assisted clients through the various types of a family law proceeding, including a divorce (general, simple or joint divorce), a corollary relief, and/or a variation proceeding (Motion to Change). Daniel is equipped to assist clients for out-of-court focused resolutions with expertise in drafting and finalizing domestic contracts, such as separation, marriage and co-habitation agreements.
In the civil context, Daniel has garnered experience in guiding client’s through various disputes of a contractual and tortious nature, including but not limited to, disputes arising from failed real estate transactions, breaches of contract, defaulting loans, and tort claims.
Daniel routinely appears before the Ontario Court of Justice and Superior Court of Justice for conferences, motions and trials, and is ready to guide you through the various multi-faceted areas of family and civil litigation.
